Pros

Great work-life balance - you get at least three weeks paid vacation and 15 sick days on top of it and generally management doesn't hassle you about utilizing all those days to the fullest. Very laid-back atmosphere - easy to feel comfortable here

Cons

Not a place for young people looking for aggressive career growth and challenges. At its heart, the WP is a very old school company that is best suited for older people.

Pros

Hard working colleagues, at times.

Cons

I found a lot of people I worked with were just racking up sinecures they felt they had earned. Lots of laziness.
