Great people come to speak at the post, you sometimes get to go
Cons
Very little pay, no opportunity for growth, managers care very little about employees and helping them grow, they will not pay for any advanced learning opportunities

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for bringing these issues to our attention. While we are glad that you had opportunities to be a part of the speaking events here, we take concerns regarding growth, pay and managers seriously. If you are willing, please confidentially email us at life@washpostlife.com to give more information around your experience.
The culture needs improvement, with a strict in-office policy that may not work well for everyone. There also seems to be ongoing challenges with employee retention, which can impact team morale, consistency, and long-term stability. The tech guild and unions made me feel really uncomfortable with coworkers protesting outside the office.
