Pros

Work with a good team. Pay is decent. Generous parental leave.

Cons

Where do I begin. This company is one of the least transparent companies I have ever worked at. I constantly don't know whats going on. We have no 2025 vision. We haven't heard from out CEO in almost a year, last time he sent even an email was to announce everyone is going into the office 5x a week. Layoffs are constant and are in the back of my mind everyday. Upper management is quiet about most things. Career growth has been stunted as a result of this. Headcount is constantly shrinking. Bezos is giving in to Trump and MAGA and as a result we are constantly losing subscribers and money since no one wants to read what we write anymore. Upper management doesn't even trust our own reporters on news anymore. This is turning into a very sad echo-chamber for the right. I am looking to get out of here ASAP.

Pros

Hard working colleagues, at times.

Cons

I found a lot of people I worked with were just racking up sinecures they felt they had earned. Lots of laziness.
