Pros

Great Tech Exposure: Excellent place for freshers to start their careers and work on diverse tech stacks like Node.js, Python, and Java. Supportive Peers: The internal team culture is strong; colleagues and HRs are generally supportive and talent-enthusiastic. Work-Life Structure: Offers a 5-day work week (Saturday and Sunday off) and theoretically flexible timings.

Cons

Financial Stagnation: Appraisals and salary hikes are either significantly delayed or completely non-existent, despite meeting performance goals. Toxic Management Culture: As the company scales, the environment has shifted toward extreme micro-management. There are unrealistic targets and rigid rules. Unprofessional Leadership: Senior management often lacks decency in communication, occasionally using disrespectful or harsh language when speaking to subordinates. Exploitative Overtime: While official hours are 11 AM – 8 PM, there is constant pressure to stay back for an additional 2–3 hours daily without any extra compensation, even after completing 9 hours. Restrictive Policies: Freshers are required to sign a compulsory 2-year bond, which limits career flexibility.
