Pros

You growth curve will be exponential and you will get to learn of of new technolgies only if you get a good project and keep praising managers (in case of few teams) and team leads. Honestly if you are lucky Thinkitive can change your life. Luck Matters for this.

Cons

Please exercise caution when considering the reviews provided here, as a significant portion of the 4-5 star ratings appears to be artificially generated by the company's marketing team. While the overall ratings may be positive, the content of these reviews lacks transparency, raising concerns about their authenticity. The company actively promotes an exciting and dynamic work atmosphere on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. However, it's worth noting that in recent years, a considerable number of experienced employees have left the company within just 1-2 years of employment. All the blogs which you have scene on their site are written from AI tools. NOTE: More than half of the employees who you have seen in Instagram, Linkedin and Yuoutbe have left the compnay wihtin a year or two. Thinktive enforces rather stringent bond agreements, with durations varying from 1 to 5 years, depending upon the employee's specific role within the organization. The company predominantly operates on a model that relies on hiring fresh graduates and heavily depends on platforms such as Upwork and other freelancing websites to acquire projects. If your interest in this company has been piqued by the alluring Instagram reels, YouTube videos, and other promotional materials showcasing an exciting work environment, it is crucial to understand that these presentations represent only a fraction of the actual work experience. In reality, the majority of your time at Thinktive will likely be consumed by substantial workloads, and the work environment has shown signs of a toxic atmosphere over the past year. Employees have raised concerns about the behavior of Team Leads and Managers, but it appears that, in most instances, the management tends to take the side of managers. There is a lot of partiality here. People who do not know the technology have become the Team Lead of that particular team. Family members have been given priority over normal employees. If you are a girl, this company is not at all recommended for you. You will be forced to work late at night till 10-11 in the office and there have been cases where girls mostly freshers are forced to work till 2-3 AM just to get the project delivered. The company's appraisal policy may not be to everyone's satisfaction, with minimal salary growth, typically ranging from a starting salary of 3.2. Achieving a salary increase in the 3.8 to 4 range is feasible only with significant project contributions. However, obtaining a substantial pay hike often comes at the cost of personal health, as employees find themselves working late into the night. Seniors joining the company are burdened with additional responsibilities, including training fresh graduates and conducting interviews to secure projects for the company. It is important to note that the company predominantly employs family members. While they claim to have individuals with 5-8 years of tenure, this often pertains to family members rather than regular employees. Highly skilled developers typically stay for only a year due to the restrictive bond policy and their stuck varible in the company.
