      Decent Pay, Good Healthcare, Latest Tech to work, All the AI licenses in the World

      Cons

      Too much of Focus on solving problems using AI or Project AI as problem Solver rather than focusing on the actual customer problems, un-reliable products that will keep the Middle Managers and Crucial Engineers sleep less and customers unsatisfied, Mindless Spend on AI that facilitates firing, No Work-life-Balance.

      Great environment and people. Lots of overtime available and bonuses during busy season.

      I really enjoyed this job so the only con I can think of is that it is seasonal.

      - lack of transparency - lack of trust in workers - prioritization of AI over workers - job security doesn’t exist anymore - pay and benefits are not competitive - leadership - tracking everything - no privacy - burnout and unrealistic expectations
