      at least fifteen words good it's great the place good words very many pros cons all of that good stuff

      downsides to working with this employer cannot be the same as pros well its bad its so bad probably the worst so many bad things

      Great environment and people. Lots of overtime available and bonuses during busy season.

      Cons

      I really enjoyed this job so the only con I can think of is that it is seasonal.

      - good intro to IT career field - some good coworkers - some employee events

      Cons

      - lack of transparency - lack of trust in workers - prioritization of AI over workers - job security doesn’t exist anymore - pay and benefits are not competitive - leadership - tracking everything - no privacy - burnout and unrealistic expectations
