Toxic place - FP Administrator Thrifty Car Rental Employee Review

This company is probably the worst I’ve ever worked for. They don’t value a single employee irrespective of how long you’ve been there, how keen you are to be trained on more tasks or how much work you clear. They’ll find a fault and hone in on it. If they can’t manage you out of the company, they’ll pick up on the slightest mistake that you make and put you on disciplinary. A truly toxic place to work. I’d advise anyone against working here, but especially if you have mental health issues as they don’t have any time or understanding- it’s just another reason to get rid of you!
