      Pros

      Healthcare, Dental, PTO, and some friendly employees.

      Cons

      Overworked, micromanaged, and no accountability. Management's style is generally to berate or be passive aggressive. But they only show up when a customer complains. No investment in business infrastructure to make scaling feasible without adding more people, but they're understaffed because everyone quits or is fired.
