      Empowered to really own your role. Lots of room for growth with lots of new clients being added. Full benefits and 401k

      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      Management do not provide training or support and they expect you to guess what they are thinking all the time. Berating in public all the time through group slack channels and expecting you to be available 24/7 for them. They were publicly humiliating me on New year's eve (Sunday) because I didn't reply to a client's slack message at 4:00am in the morning... I did at 9, but it was too late for them :) Rick is the Co-founder and is a complete ****, if you get an offer from him run... isn't worth your mental health.
