Pros
Outside the box - Tiffany is a very strong worldwide brand, perhaps the most sought after brand in the world. The company offers a great product and has many loyal customers. The company offered a good severance package to employees in the recent economic downturn. Overall, there is a good sense of security working for the company, and its nice being part of this wonderful American icon.
Cons
Inside the box - Management stinks because much of the management has no core. The future leaders may destroy the company. The company is turning into a big business and in turn is forgetting about it's roots. The management truly believes that anyone can perform any job duty and tries to equalize you. If this is the case, why haven't they been able to find a replacement for Louis Comfort Tiffany yet? Don't try to stand out too much or work harder, you will be leveled by your incompetent manager quickly. There are way too many women in management in the company who are trying to prove a point.
