Pros

The pro is working for a strong brand name. Unfortunately this is where the major differentiating benefits stop. Looking through other Tiffany reviews, I see 2 main groups. Positive reviews that focus on the brand and seem to place more value on it than the other aspects that make a great job experience. The other group is written with a view to the other aspects of the job which seem to generate more negative reviews.

Cons

Tiffany lacks in good leadership. This is likely related to the compensation which is lower than many companies. Internal systems are often quite archaic. It is laughable to see that store set up teams spend days sticking on pricing stickers by hand or that some departments produce their expense reports by hand since they do not have a formal expense tracking software solution. New employees enter the company with great ideas to inspire change and improvements and quickly lose motivation due to all of the roadblocks. Departments do not work very collaboratively. This results in misguided efforts. As Tiffany undergoes its current effort of eliminating jobs to outsourcing more challenges will come to light.

Pros

There's never been any pros.

Cons

Greedy company that takes away from their employees every year. Client advisors make less and less every year. You are not human to this company, you are a server and you are disposable. My experience was at the 3 story Royal Hawaiian store. They praise you for overworking yourself, only time you'll get that.
