Company does not care about work/life balance. They keep sending new material on “wellness” while eliminating practices that actually contributed to the wellness of the employees. Micromanaging, changes to schedules with less than 2 weeks’ notice, ageism is prominant throughout management, communication is poor, managers try to make you feel guilty about taking your PTO even when you give months’ notice “Managers” are more supervisors than actual managers - all they do is demean and focus on negative instead of coaching and constructive behavior, multiple layoffs that have led to operational confusion and failures
