Pros
I absolutely love working at TikTok. I've been here for almost 2 years and I fell I've grown so much on both professional and personal levels. The people I work with are amazing, they are caring and will do everything to help people on the team to thrive. Learning is a constant here, you get to know new people from all around the world every day, you learn from different mindsets and backgrounds, and collaboration helps build projects that are impacting real lives. Authenticity is a plus, you get to work in such a creative environment.
Cons
Not the best place for you if you want to work in regular working hours and if hierarchy/job titles matter to you. I build my routine based on my calls - because we are a global company, it can be challenging to find a time that works for all time zones, but for me this is not an actual problem.
