Pros
There’s a solid team here and you get to work across a range of projects, from strategy to content to production. You’re close to the work and involved in how things actually get executed, which is valuable. Great profile of brands across industries as well.
Day to day has become more structured over time. There’s been more clarity around expectations, communication, and how projects are run, which has made a difference in overall worklife and how manageable things feel. There’s also been a big shift in internal procedures, communication, and overall culture, which has helped create more consistency across teams and projects.
I feel valued and heard, and there’s space to take ownership and contribute beyond your role. People are collaborative and willing to help, and the work itself is strong and hands-on. The team makes it easy going into work each day, I really enjoy what's being built here.
Cons
As things continue to grow and evolve, there’s still opportunity to keep refining alignment across teams.
