Pros

Going on 4.5 years at Times10, and I genuinely love it here. We have a small but incredibly tight team of creatives who collaborate really well together and truly want to see each other succeed. Everyone is open-minded, supportive, and you genuinely feel heard here. We also have amazing clients who trust us to bring big ideas to life, which makes the work exciting and rewarding. The culture is fast-paced, creative, and rooted in doing great work while still having fun along the way. It’s been a place that’s helped me grow both creatively and professionally.

Cons

Keep listening to the team and process in place. Its been great to see the company grow to what it is now.

Pros

Everyone on the team is incredibly talented, hardworking, and always willing to help, which has made it such a positive environment to learn and grow in. Even though I work remotely, the company has done an amazing job making me feel connected. I have gained valuable experience and have learned a lot from the people around me. The team culture is super supportive, and you can tell everyone genuinely cares about both the work and each other.

Cons

The company is growing quickly, which keeps things exciting and creates a lot of opportunities to learn, collaborate, and be involved in a variety of projects.

Pros

There’s a solid team here and you get to work across a range of projects, from strategy to content to production. You’re close to the work and involved in how things actually get executed, which is valuable. Great profile of brands across industries as well. Day to day has become more structured over time. There’s been more clarity around expectations, communication, and how projects are run, which has made a difference in overall worklife and how manageable things feel. There’s also been a big shift in internal procedures, communication, and overall culture, which has helped create more consistency across teams and projects. I feel valued and heard, and there’s space to take ownership and contribute beyond your role. People are collaborative and willing to help, and the work itself is strong and hands-on. The team makes it easy going into work each day, I really enjoy what's being built here.

Cons

As things continue to grow and evolve, there’s still opportunity to keep refining alignment across teams.
