brand recognition, get to bump into celebs all the time, and if you're really good friends with management you'll get paid a ridiculous amount of money for doing nothing. You dont even need to interview. Wardrobe allowance and employee discount is fantastic. 50% off sales items, and 65% of full price items. You also get discounts at the outlets in jersey or woodbury or any other Tommy locations in the US and possibly outside the country with proper documentation.
Cons
Do not work at the 5th ave location it is Survivor Island there. Unless youre good friends with management they will go out after you. I recommend the SoHo location 1000 times.
