Pros
Topnotch is a great place to work! We are a small employment agency which places people in general labour or office positions. * everyone who works here is very nice and working here makes you feel like you are part of a family as everyone is so caring and helpful * we usually have a special lunch to celebrate staff birthdays and for Christmas, we all get presents * the atmosphere is generally relaxed but even when things get a little hectic, everyone is on the same team and we all pitch in doing whatever we can do to help each other get things done * the owner of the company is a great guy who treats all of his employees very well and would do just about anything for anybody * the benefits are good and well as some of the perks like free tea / coffee and often food for lunch
Cons
I can't really say anything bad about working here and the work itself is satisfying. The only downsides are: * the equipment is antiquated (computers, phone system) and needs to be replaced * there is a lot of manual things done on paper which could be automated * sometimes we are short staffed because we are a small company which can be stressful * because it is a fairly small company there are not many opportunities to move up although the owner, Mr. Sawh, is very high on staff training and aware of the value of spending time on training
