Pros
Mission-driven concept.
Some hardworking, supportive teammates
Cons
If you’re considering working here, honestly… DO NOT… please – for your own mental health. The CEO creates chaos on a daily basis. There’s zero structure, zero stability, and zero clear direction. Priorities change by the hour, and everyone’s expected to magically read her mind. It’s exhausting.
But the worst part? The gossip. I’ve never worked somewhere where the CEO talks about employees the way she does. She openly trash-talks her own team, name-calls people, mocks them, and shares “private” conversations like it’s entertainment. Nothing stays confidential. It creates a super toxic vibe because people never know when they’re the next target. You can literally feel the tension in the air.
Turnover is out of control — people quit constantly, usually within months — and honestly, it’s not surprising. There’s no real HR, no support, and no professionalism from the top down. Everything is reactive, everything is a fire drill, and if something goes wrong, someone gets blamed instead of the actual issue being fixed. Some employees have become suicidal due to the environment. She does NOT care about the mental health of her employees and when advocates raise concerns, her response is always "they should suck it up."
The mission could be great, but leadership kills any chance of this place succeeding long-term. It’s chaos disguised as a startup. The CEO should be on Forbes cover for being the most ineffective leader running a company into the ground.
