      Pros

      I thoroughly enjoy working withTotal People. The staff are incredibly friendly and supportive, which creates a very relaxed and positive atmosphere. Since I work part-time, they have been very accommodating and flexible in this regard.

      Cons

      Possibly salary, but this is counteracted by the degree of flexibility provided.
