We're glad to hear you found the work environment supportive, as we do strive to help employees enjoy a comfortable work/life balance. During high season, it definitely can get busy as we keep up with the pace of bookings; we try to ensure staffing levels are always adequate to meet this demand, but this has been a bit more challenging with the uncertainty brought by the pandemic. We're pleased to be in a position where we need to hire again, as the travel industry is undergoing a strong recovery, and we thank you for all your effort and hard work during these last busy couple months.

- remote position - flexible(ish) working hours

Cons

- ZERO room for growth (you would do the same job as long as you are at the company. they are trying to implement some changes, but it is just on paper, make you to work more, but salary would remain the same) - huge favouritism - extremely chaotic - management lies to your face - the language they are using is very corporate ("it's not about compensation it's about the mindset" lol) - they fired people for no reason given - they don't employ you, but force you to be a freelancer - false promises about payraise, the annual raise is RIDICULOUS - Account Management managers are a joke, highly unskilled and fake
