Pros
I have been working for ToutApp for 3 months and still can't stop talking about. It's an exciting place to work where there is never a boring day. There will be nights where you end up staying after hours just to hang out. #OneTeamOneDream is something that truly takes on meaning here. Departments work together cohesively, allowing teams to get exposure to each other. Managers encourage employees to be themselves and are constantly working to help them grow. ToutApp has created an environment where employees come in excited and looking to make an impact.
Cons
Everyday can be a challenge at ToutApp requiring you to adapt and be creative. If you are someone who likes guidelines, repetitiveness, and brings their lunch to work in a brown paper bag, then ToutApp might not be for you. On the other hand, if you like being self reflective, and bring your lunch to work in a Ninja Turtle lunchbox ToutApp might be a perfect fit.
