I am very grateful to be part of a company that is maturing and growing, as a result of the efforts of years. At TradeStation I was able to find a place where they listen to you, where I can grow as a professional, and where I am surrounded by people with extensive knowledge in cutting-edge technology. With multiple benefits, remote work, extra vacations, very competitive salaries, and a culture of respect and help; these are part of the things that make of TradeStation a great place to work at!

To be honest, at this point of maturity of the company: none. They always listen to the employee, and changes are visible within the next months.
