Pros
benefits benefits benefits you get to try new products and work with (notice I said 'with' not 'for) wonderful people Sadly, the only good reason to work at TJ's anymore is for the benefits, although I think Starbucks and probably other companies offer equivalent benefits packages these days. I was sad to go but got so sick of NEVER getting any positive feedback after busting my butt 5 days a week, and never any answers to my very direct questions on how to get a '4' in a review, how to better myself on the job, etc. Out-right, bald-faced lies were in my review. This is not how a respectable company should operate, but sadly it seems to be becoming the norm where we know that we are not only not valued, but easily replaced. So see ya if you don't like it here.
Cons
repetitive motion hard on your body game playing by managers unfair and untrue criticism in review process extremely poor communication between FT and PT staff BLATANT favoritism The way the stores are operated now, you'd think that Trader Joe's wasn't one of the top money-making grocers in the country. Management is stingy with both praise and pay increases now. It makes me sad.
