Thanks for taking the time to provide this feedback. TT is a very flat company and as a result, career progression ends up being very unique to each employee. Rather than treating career development as something measured in titles, it has to be measured in new skills, opportunities to learn, or a change in teams or responsibilities. These are all possible but require time and energy from your manager and those of us on the senior management team to help make a reality. In addition, your concern about getting direction is something that your manager and the senior management team need to address. It’s understandable that some individuals or teams are not getting the attention they need given the pace at which we are running these days, but we need to work hard to address those when they are brought to our attention. In your case, I hope you will be willing to raise your specific situation to someone on the senior management team so we can jump in and help you. Thanks again for taking the time to add comments here!
