Pros
This company isn't made of co-workers, but is a family. It is so supportive and there is unlimited room for growth. Trafalgar Residence does so much good for it's clients you can't help but go home happy. I actually wake up happy to go into work which I have never experienced before. There is no corporate chain and everyone is treated as equals with valuable input and respect.
Cons
The only con I can think of would be someone experiencing compassion fatigue after caring and helping so much for the clients. This, however, is common in this type of field and I don't find it to be unique to this working environment. They also buy the employees lunch frequently so I have gained a little weight.
