7yThank you for sharing your feedback - I'm glad you found our benefits and environment positive during your time at TU. As you may know, we've made significant investments over the past couple years to enhance the consumer experience - a big part of this is giving our associates the tools they need to deliver a positive interaction. The Special Handling team truly makes a difference every day providing a critical service and we appreciate all the work our associates do to support consumers. Having anyone curse on the phone to our people is simply not okay. I’d really appreciate learning more about this so I can address it.
