Coworkers are the`best part of the job. Some incredibly smart, kind and funny people and many of them I call my friends. Everybody takes the job seriously too so no one's carrying the weight for a slacker.

It's really hard! There is the inherent startup risk. At least for now, the company relies on NIH funding, which makes things pretty uncertain. Live collaboration takes A LOT of time. Wish there was more PTO
