Pretty toxic culture. My management was bad, slow to make decisions and threw obstacles in the way. People verbally attacked in meetings and on the floor by their managers. The manager that was the main cause of poor staff engagement was put in charge of fixing it. regular restructures, sometimes with demotions and pay cuts.
