Pros

Great work, plenty of good people. Also paid fairly well.

Cons

Pretty toxic culture. My management was bad, slow to make decisions and threw obstacles in the way. People verbally attacked in meetings and on the floor by their managers. The manager that was the main cause of poor staff engagement was put in charge of fixing it. regular restructures, sometimes with demotions and pay cuts.

its a great company to work for, they very big on the personal development, all sorts of support are in place to support the development, great company culture everyone can talk to anyone.

not really, maybe high staff turnover, but its normal for a place full of talented people,
