Pros
My recruiter was responsive and engaging throughout my year and a half long contract, excellent customer service on the one or two times I needed information. The pay was good.
Cons
Was required to take furlough days in addition to no pay on federal holidays along with company employees (of contract company). This ended up being a lot of money I was not able to make during COVID.
Not all of the recruiters were responsive, helpful, or even seemed to care about my fellow contract employees they were representing.
