Pros

Best part of working at TruLab is the team we've assembled. We've done a really good job at hiring really good people that are smart and hard working, but also team players that genuinely enjoy being around each other. We laugh a lot, but we also work really hard, and we're tireless about making clients happy.

Cons

Fast-growing company - so systems, processes, and structures are being built and always in flux...not for those who don't like and can thrive in a constantly changing environment.

Pros

Working at TruLab truly feels like being part of a family who grows, learns, and laughs together. Every person is valued and encouraged to speak their mind, regardless of what role they are in. Similarly, no two days are the same. We all work cross-functionally, and are encouraged to take ownership of projects that make us 'tick.' Management is flexible, easy to approach, and truly cares about the well-being of each employee. It is an incredible feeling knowing that the work we do is so meaningful, and making a difference in the lives of others.

Cons

Hard to describe any true cons, but this is probably not the best fit if you are looking to do the same thing at work everyday or do not want to be part of a fast-paced work environment!

Pros

As a pre-health major wanting to transition into a business career after graduation, it seemed unlikely that I would find a position that would utilize much of my degree. However, I was fortunate enough to find a company where my research experience and STEM coursework are great assets. Because of my degree, I was able to better understand the intricacies of specific clinical trials as well as the clinical trial process as a whole.

Cons

As an early-stage company, there was not a formal training period or process. Although I always had other team members available to provide support and answer questions, I quickly began being tasked with real responsibilities. This was beneficial in that I learned very rapidly, but it also made me more concerned that I would make a mistake in the first few weeks after starting the role.
