Pros

I did not work for this company.

Cons

This company is incredibly unprofessional. I was recruited for an Account Executive position covering their Silicon Valley territory and initially had high hopes due to the recruiter's professionalism. However, they put me through a relentless series of interviews—I ended up attending seven in total, wasting nearly two months of my time. I even had to drive over an hour twice to meet with the hiring managers despite already having virtual interviews with the same people. This not only wasted my time but also cost me significant gas money, especially with high gas prices. Fortunately, I did not proceed with the remaining hiring steps, which included an unpaid full-day ride-along before they even offered a position. I strongly urge you to think twice before investing in this company.

Pros

It's a job that you get what you put in. If you want to work hard, put in extra hours, your paycheck reflects that. If you would rather sit behind a desk and get a salary no matter your effort, its not the job for you. Leadership is incredible, operations and sales work well together, everyone has the same goal.

Cons

Again - you get what you put in. This is a company and a role for someone who wants a challenge and wants to be compensated for their efforts. Sales isn't easy! Not everyone is ok with the ups and does, the rejection and the amount of work that comes with it.
