Cons
When I started here, I was told 40 + hours of work. Now that I think of it, I don't ever remember her putting in the "paid" part. You do not get paid for anything here, except when you are actually coding a chart. If you do not meet their impossible standards, or agree with some of the most horrible auditors you will have trouble getting a paid 40 hours. Waiting on chart reviews- no pay. Waiting on logins-no pay. 2 hours on phone with tech over something that is their fault-no pay. I could go on and on. I also noticed hours being shaved off my timecard on top of this. Absolutely no mention of why.
