      Pros

      Good benefits Remote coding Fair compensation, salary & time off Encourage continuing education Used to be a very nurturing environment.

      Cons

      This is a privately held company. micromanagers dictating schedules day to day. inability to keep work available day to day, week to week. inability to manage existing clients and find new clients Lay-offs & RIFs happen everywhere but here there are no options for providing positive referrals to help with finding new jobs. No clear record of why employees were let go. Nothing they can use to improve themselves or take to the next employer as explanation. Current environment is very unstable

      Pros

      This will be a wonderful company for you if you can afford to work for free. Do you enjoy conflicting information, half truths, and new rules everyday? If so, Trusthcs is right up your alley.

      Cons

      When I started here, I was told 40 + hours of work. Now that I think of it, I don't ever remember her putting in the "paid" part. You do not get paid for anything here, except when you are actually coding a chart. If you do not meet their impossible standards, or agree with some of the most horrible auditors you will have trouble getting a paid 40 hours. Waiting on chart reviews- no pay. Waiting on logins-no pay. 2 hours on phone with tech over something that is their fault-no pay. I could go on and on. I also noticed hours being shaved off my timecard on top of this. Absolutely no mention of why.

      Pros

      Nothing there is nothing good about working here folks. Well, you get to work from home. That's it. Can't think of anything else.

      Cons

      Where do I start??? Middle management is awful. They are rude, disrespectful, and in their own little world. Don't even try to use PTO because they are going to make sure their buddies get off before they even think about letting anyone else off. I've never been more dissatisfied in a company in my life. Do not believe al this "family based best job ever" stuff....it's not true.
