Pros
Absolutely None at all ;)
Cons
Working in IT support at Trusted Technology Partnership has been one of the worst experiences of my career. Don’t be fooled by the overly positive reviews online – most of them are clearly written by management or HR to prop up the company’s image. The reality on the ground is completely different. From day one, you’re thrown into the deep end with little to no proper training, unrealistic expectations, and a complete lack of support from senior staff. If something goes wrong, blame is always passed down to the lowest level, and management take no accountability whatsoever. The pay is poor compared to the workload and pressure you’re under, and there’s absolutely no appreciation for your efforts. Career progression is a joke – unless you’re friends with the right people, don’t expect to move up. The atmosphere is toxic, with micromanagement, backstabbing, and cliques. Genuine concerns raised with HR are brushed under the carpet or ignored altogether. Morale is constantly low, and high staff turnover speaks for itself – people either leave within months or mentally check out while staying for the paycheck. There’s also a culture of covering things up instead of fixing issues. If you’re hoping to learn, grow, or be part of a supportive team, look elsewhere. If you value your mental health and self-respect, do not apply here. Trusted Technology Partnership might sound like a reputable name, but behind the scenes it’s anything but trustworthy.
