I had several panic attacks while working with T&R.. It is a fast paced working environment where you are assigned to work on several campaigns at the same time. Clients are demanding - you're obliged to share your contact details and they will text you at random hours to talk about the campaigns. The employers would do anything to please clients even if it costs us employees our sanity. They are micromanagers, working through the pandemic at home was hell because they don't trust you to be out of their sight to manage your work and it truly affected my mental health.
