Pros

Working with established FMCG companies, casual wear to work

Cons

I had several panic attacks while working with T&R.. It is a fast paced working environment where you are assigned to work on several campaigns at the same time. Clients are demanding - you're obliged to share your contact details and they will text you at random hours to talk about the campaigns. The employers would do anything to please clients even if it costs us employees our sanity. They are micromanagers, working through the pandemic at home was hell because they don't trust you to be out of their sight to manage your work and it truly affected my mental health. They have unexpected mood swings, make 1 small mistake and they will be breathing down your neck...

Pros

Friendly colleagues, well paid, remote basis. If you need challenges to improve your skills, that would be a good workplace.

Cons

Work overload, one employee is supposed to handle at least 3 campaigns simultaneously, do not have benefits.
