Pros

* Hard working, skilled co-workers. * Good product documentation. * Good PTO. * Sometimes there is interesting work when you're not stuck applying band aid fixes to legacy products. * Team days.

Cons

* Leadership is misaligned, with limited accountability when initiatives don’t succeed. * Compensation doesn't keep pace with company performance or expectations. * Career progression paths are unclear and inconsistently communicated * Performance review processes don’t always appear to translate into tangible outcomes like raises or promotions. * Some legacy systems/products remain underinvested, which can create challenges for both employees and clients which has resulted in a lot of client churn. * Company culture can feel more aspirational than reflective of day-to-day experience.

Pros

*Generous amount of PTO and holidays *Impressive client logos for resume

Cons

I was laid off after being here for less than 7 months. I was constantly reminded of all the growth and opportunity for me within the company by leadership, was working on several client accounts and had a company-wide presentation as well as a client-facing workshop in progress. The layoff came as a shock to me, the team, the office, and even my direct manager who was not informed until after it happened. I was not the first nor will I be the last person to be laid off from Two Circles in 2026. Senior leadership gives word-salad speeches in company all-hands meetings about how the company is currently missing the mark but how great it will be in the future. If you’re not on the content team, consider your job in jeopardy at all times. It does not matter how overworked you are, they will just take your work and dump it on two overworked junior employees instead just to save a buck.
