Pros
The best thing about working at TwoxFour is the amount of experience you'll receive due to number of roles you’re expected to take on. You’ll also gain a lot of experience due to the average 3.5 hours of overtime you will be working each day.
Cons
- Required to do numerous tasks outside of the contracted job description - Extremely long hours - You're expected to work past 5pm everyday even though the job contract states the workday is for is from 8:30-5pm. - No such thing as compensation for overtime even if you work through the weekend -Lack of upward mobility -Lack of diversity - Lack of transparency amongst executive leadership - Very limited PTO and they will still try to contact you on your days off - More of a focus on growth than maintaining a strong relationship with current clients - Wants to come off as a family business but in reality has a work environment that is strong in favoritism towards the CEO's family and family friends - Extremely high turnover with an average of 6 months, in the last year 8 people have left the company - Constantly hear the phrase "we do not have the money for ... in our account" - Lack of day to day leadership for mid-level and entry level positions
