Great team, people, and learning environment! I loved my team (I worked in Fixed Income) as they were all very supportive.

Tasks can be a little slow since you're always waiting for more information or data. I was also the only woman on my team of ~20, which I guess is general finance, but I do wish there was more diversity.

I really enjoyed the office, the culture was great. Professional but relaxed. Opportunities are available if you want to advance.

It really depended on which team you were put on, I enjoyed working with my FAs. Base pay was not particularly high and it was up to the FAs to add any compensation. Some do and some don't.
