      Pros

      UBS had a reputable brand and a well structured training program that allowed early career employees to leverage knowledge base in order to find employment elsewhere

      Cons

      UBS had a good internship, but failed to capitalize on the program...First and second year analysts were not compensated and were given limited opportunities early in career.

      Good Learning opportunities, Tech savvy compared to other banking / fintech companies

      Cons

      Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
