Pros

Good commute if you live in ct Generally nice people to work with Some really good leaders eg McCann, less so in IB with a few exceptions at functional level Good pay - competitive with wall street, better than diversified financial services especially for logistics jobs

Cons

Bad commute if you don't live in ct Split operations between ny, ct , nj, can make managing and connecting disparate teams a challenge Not the smartest bunch on the street

Pros

Good Learning opportunities, Tech savvy compared to other banking / fintech companies

Cons

Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
