Pros
Great brand. Generally friendly culture. Excellent place to develop professional skills. Mostly satisfied to have spent a few years here early in my career.
Cons
Low growth environment. Career advancement largely driven by personnel changes above you. Very bureaucratic. Hard to see promising long-term career prospects here, unless you're okay with just waiting to see if you catch a fortunate break.
