      Pros

      The culture seems pretty good. Plenty of days off - vacation, sick, personal, family care, etc.

      Cons

      I am a registered CSA and there are 0 routes for me to take for advancement. I've spoken to my team, my manger and it just seems that CSA's are really not an important role to UBS.

      Good Learning opportunities, Tech savvy compared to other banking / fintech companies

      Cons

      Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
