Pros
Chilled out environment (If you boss is not from a small ex-company n expects you to follow rules like kids). People here have a casual attitude towards work. What may motivate you is theygive car pick up n drop for permanent employees. Lot of leaves but u cant take them and they dont get carry forward.
Cons
located in outskirts of the city, shady area post 6 pm, difficult to get a transport , annual hike is in least single digit number and bonus is two weeks salary for base two levels( Also there are teams who dont get hike at all). No medical coverage for parents, no in house medical support in office.
