I helped run a great Internship program for Equities traders in Stamford CT and NYC. The workers are friendly and the pay was great. It is an global company so one always had the opportunity to move to other countries. It is a global company.
Cons
Due to the sub prime market the global company UBS was laying off due to head count to balance the books.
