Mediocre best describes this company - Senior Associate - IT UBS Employee Review

From my experience there was not much mentoring offered by senior employees. No superstars at this company- only people to learn from were the consultants. There was not a clear path offered for advancement. Advancement was more a function of who you knew, brown-nosed, and/or were related to.
