Pros
Absolutely nothing about working here is good. The only pros working in the investment bank was getting 25% off he lunches during the week and by the way there's not even a cafeteria in the building you eat at your desk.
Cons
Technology is downright terrible, none of the systems work No cafeteria- you sit behind three computer screens and eat at your desk No work/life balance at all worked throughout the weekends. They do not value you as a person, you are a number to them. Layoffs- Senior Management/ everyone else is there to protect themselves trust absolutely no one. I lost about 5-6 colleagues with zero heads up and they were never replaced. Minimal team bonding activities outside the office, been here for 3 years and have had 3 happy hours which I paid for Promotions are only year end, you can take on alot more responsibilities throughout the year and will not be compensated for it. Bonuses are an absolute joke
