      Pros

      They look at results and not how long you work; if you can deliver the project on time with quality work, thats all that matters. The team shows great teamwork, there is no competition, we help each other.

      Cons

      Main team is located overseas so there is a gap when it comes to a sense of belonging and bonding.

      Pros

      I really enjoyed the office, the culture was great. Professional but relaxed. Opportunities are available if you want to advance.

      Cons

      It really depended on which team you were put on, I enjoyed working with my FAs. Base pay was not particularly high and it was up to the FAs to add any compensation. Some do and some don't.
