      - Great place to work on global development and make an impact - People are super nice and we have a diverse global team - Work-life balance - A lot of flexibility and a very encouraging place for innovation

      Cons

      - Things move on too slowly and I seldom feel that we are making an impact. It's not efficient enough - Bureaucracy as we need to collaborate with governments
